Welcome

You Are the Expert on Your Child

We know that trusting someone with your child is a big decision. We promise to listen to you, partner with you, and love your child for exactly who they are.

Sensory Design

Follow these steps to
get started!

Sensory overload stops learning in its tracks. That’s why we ditched the buzzing fluorescent lights for a "Pixar-soft" aesthetic. With acoustic dampening to reduce noise and dedicated "cozy corners" for breaks, our environment helps regulate your child's nervous system naturally.

Step 1

Initial Inquiry

Fill out our "Get Started" form or give us a call. We’ll answer your questions and check if we have immediate availability for your child’s age group.

Step 2

Insurance & Intake

Our team handles the heavy lifting with your insurance company to verify benefits. We’ll send you a digital intake packet to learn about your child’s strengths and needs.

Step 3

Meet the Team & Tour the Garden

Come visit us! You’ll tour the sensory rooms, meet our Clinical Director, and see the environment firsthand to ensure it feels right for your family.

Step 4

Welcome To The Hive

We create a customized plan and set a start date. Your child begins their journey with a "pairing" period—days dedicated just to playing and building trust with their therapist.

Common Questions

Honest answers for parents who have done their research.

What if my child has had a bad experience with ABA before?

We hear this often, and we are so sorry that happened. Busy Beez was built specifically to be the antidote to "old-school" ABA. We do not use forced compliance, withholding of food/comfort, or seclusion. We invite you to tour and see the difference yourself—if your child isn't happy here, we aren't doing our job.

How do you handle meltdowns?

We view meltdowns as a sign of distress, not "bad behavior." Our staff are trained to co-regulate (stay calm and support) rather than restrain or punish. We focus on prevention by listening to your child's sensory needs before they get overwhelmed.

Can I be with my child during sessions?

Absolutely. We have an "open door" policy for parents. While we encourage independent 1:1 time to build rapport with the therapist, you are never banned from the room. We view you as a partner, not a distraction.

What does a typical day look like?

To bill insurance, a medical diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder is typically required. However, we can help guide you to diagnostic providers if you are just starting this process.

Do you require a diagnosis?

We accept most major plans. We'll verify your benefits before you start. If there are gaps, we'll talk through options honestly. No surprises.

Still have questions?

We're here to talk.
